Well, I have waited and waited and waited for months now to say that the paperwork has officially made it to the judge here in Luo-Dong! Praise the Lord! It has been crazy to get this far in the process, but we are sooo incredibly thankful that it made it through their mail system to her office :) She will hopefully make a ruling on it soon and issue our first decree! It's such a relief to know exactly where its at now -- that has not been the case the entire time we have been here - and this is week #9. Today was a gut-wrenching day to say the least. I was expecting Ted would call the judge this morning, but that didn't happen. Instead, he wanted to wait until the 4:30pm mail arrived to see if our first decree was in there. I found out later tonight that he secretly called yesterday without me knowing and they had NOT received it yet. So he waited until the end of the day today to call the judge. So around 4:55 we finally heard from Ted (who was out running errands) that he had just spoken with the judge and she has our paperwork. The courts stop answering phones at 5:00pm...........nothing like cutting it close!!! I tried to stay busy today, but all of my thoughts were wrapped up in what we desperately needed to hear today. We are far from being out of the woods though. The first and final decrees will have to be issued pretty quickly in order for us to make it out of Taiwan by Feb. 2 (the day I must leave the country). But we are grateful to be where we are today! Thank you to everyone who has been and continues to pray for us every day. Thank you to our families who waited up throughout the night and pray to hear any bit of news -- I know you all are right here with us emotionally. I know this because when I send out texts or messages and its 4:30am you all respond right back :) I know you all have sleepless nights just like us. We will pause to today to Glorify God for his goodness and faithfulness today.
Our next step will be to pray for our first decree to come (in the mail of course) very soon. Please send this prayer request to anyone who will truly pray for us. Other than my heart racing all day we were busy with the babies again. Grayson was crazy-super happy today and went nuts when they told us about our paperwork. I think he understood something good was happening as he was watching everyone clapping and jumping up and down for us :).......Mom was secretly crying while hiding behind a baby :) and I was trying to hold it together in front of everyone -- I will cry later :) Below are some pics from today! Thank you again everyone for "standing in the gap" for us. Really don't know what we would do without all of you!

So happy our papers are with the judge!

Such a sweetie :)
Giving Nana Kisses!!! Mwa :)
Long story short, this stroller is suppose to compact into a baby carrier. Yes, she even has it on properly (we looked at the pics on the direction guide). We busted out laughing soooo hard when she put it on --- who would actually wear this? It's gigantic. Made for a good laugh though--- you know, one of those laughs where you cannot breathe, crying, and rolling on the floor :) Needless to say, I will not be wearing this with Grayson when we get off the plane?!
