Today was a beautiful day here in Taiwan!! It was so warm out and the sunshine was out -- that's a pretty big deal during the "winter months". We took a long walk today and it was so nice! We spent the day with the babies as usual. It's amazing how busy we stay with the babies.....all day and night :) I think I will need a family vacation after this. :)
We had spagetti for lunch today. And of course its really nothing like our spagetti at home, but Mom and I both tried it and liked it! shocking!!!! We have both very much broadened our horizons with trying new food here. The spagetti was basically 2 kinds of noodles, carrots, meat, corn, peas, bacon, ham, and a hint of tomato sauce. It was the ultimate "chopstick" test. You try it!! Use chopsticks to pick up a wet noodle! :) Anyway, that was pretty much our day here. We are looking forward to the week here and really praying for our first decree to come soon so we can get outta here before the end of the month!!
