December 7, 2012 -- Movement!

So today the phone rang which happens about every 5 minutes here :)  Soon I heard, "Lindsay, Ted is on the phone for you."  Now, you never know when Ted needs to talk to you if its going to be good or bad news.  It's always one of those moments that go in slow motion and you feel like your heart is in your throat.  So I answer the phone and he tells me that the birth mom's social worker finally got the reports done and they are in the mail to the judge!  Finally!!!!! Ted has been trying to get this answer all week!  It's a small thing, but also a big thing now because our case is finally moving.  It's been in this "stalled" position for a month now!  I was getting so frustrated this week and really needed to hear that today.  Praise the Lord!  Now we still have no idea if we will make it home for Christmas or not.  I am "trying" not to worry about it.  Please, please continue to pray that our case will move quickly now. :)

The babies are still sick today with diarrhea :(  Grayson acted in good spirits today, but went through 2 changes of clothes and got to have another bath.  I think he is just going to see how many baths he can get in 1 week!  Luckily, there has not been any more vomiting today.  We were hoping it would be a 24 hour bug, but its gone longer than that.  Needless to say everyone is getting tired and worn down a little at this point.  Please pray for healing for these babies and that all the workers will find strength to take of them 24/7.

All the babies were crying so I took some of them into the living room to play the piano for them.......yes - I know what your all thinking, "lindasy plays the piano???" ---------NO! I do not, but it quieted the babies down while I played the 1 song I know :) actually 2 songs now because I taught myself  Twinkle, Twinkle Little Star :) :)
