Today was a typical day here. We will be celebrating Christmas tomorrow (Sunday) since the kids are in school on the actual holiday. They do celebrate Christmas in Tawian, but more of a "fun" holiday as they do not know the true meaning of Christmas. They go crazy here over the Chinese New Year though! The year here is 101. That means they have been "separated" from the China for 101 years now. Hopefully I will have lots to blog about tomorrow and how they do things here :) Not sure how many pics I will be able to post, especially if there are other children in the pics.
On another happy note - My mom is coming back here to Taiwan on Sunday!!!! She will arrive Monday night and I am going to the airport to meet her! I have been practicing my Chinese to greet her :) I am so excited she is coming back! She will stay here the remainder of the adoption and be with us to return home.
Please pray this week that we get our final decree!!! The papers should arrive on Monday at the latest to the judge here in Luo-Dong. She will hopefully make a ruling on it this week and send us the 1st decree! That is our specific prayer request!
Love to all!
