April 15, 2012 - Crib is Together

It looks awesome!!! (the crib).  Matt and I put it together today – which was fairly easy and it looks amazing!  I LOVE it  :)

April 14, 2012 - Picking Up The Crib

We traveled to Greenwood today to pick up the crib.  The box was so big we had to take it all apart and put the pieces in the Excursion to bring it home!  Pretty sure everyone thought I was crazy, but I wasn’ t leaving without it!  So it made it home safe and sound!

April 9, 2012 - Dresser Sanding

So over spring break, Matt and I finished sanding the dressers that will go in the babies room.  I am excited to paint them soon and see the room all put together!  We also got the call that our crib has come in and we can pick it up this weekend!

April 3, 2012 - Painting the Room and Pillows

Kellie and I, went to Plainfield today to run some errands while Matt and Staci began painting the baby’s room!  It looks awesome!  I can’t wait to put up the tree! Ahhhhhhhh :) I also bought the pillows that match the baby bedding set I bought a while ago.  Good thing I can return those…..if we need to.

April 2, 2012 - Crib Shopping

So today we went to Greenwood to Babies-R-Us and Buy Buy Baby.  I found an adorable crib at Babies R Us! Of course I bought it and we will be able to pick it up in 2 weeks :) Kellie also helped buy the crib which was very nice and we are very grateful!  While we were shopping, Matt was working hard at home on the baby’s room to get it ready to paint.

April 1, 2012 - Crib Shopping Plans

I can’t wait for tomorrow :) Mom, Kellie, and I are going crib shopping!  Yes, it might be a little early, but that’s what Matt and I decided we would do over Spring Break .  Although, I did have a dream that Taiwan called us to adopt a baby?!  Not sure if that will ever be true, but thought that was interesting!
